Here I am, and my sweet tooth passion, again! You can see my first “passion” review here [Part 1], included address, menu and interior design 😉
New York Cheesecake ~ Smooth and rich flavor
Black Forest ~ New cake, burst of Amarena cherry and chocolate, though chef pastry still needs to change a bit so flavor can blend well, together. I am big fan of Black Forest and I’m happy to find a real Black Forest (almost) in Hanoi, unlike the tough one with chocolate but no cherry flavor that I tried few times before.
Key Lime Cheesecake ~ Lightly sour and rich, tiny amount of lime zest adds intense flavor
Durian Mousse ~ Hmmm, should I say it is combination of the Southeast Asia (durian) and the West (mousse)? Durian taste remains but it is not too heavy 😀
Macarons ~ Those little evils (or angels?), not too sweet, six different flavors, 12,000 VND / each
My Update in February, 2015
These cat clips are new touch for the place, each table has different cat clips and flower cloth. SUPER CUTE!!!
Chocolate and Passion Fruit Layer Cake ~ My new surprising favorite. Tender sourness of passion fruit, and light sweetness of chocolate, are two opposite flavors, blend harmoniously together!
Mini Paris Brest ~ French-style dessert with choux and mousseline praliné (hazelnut) filling. Thanks to the chef pastry that I know about the filling, at first I thought it is peanut butter 😉
